Lehrende und FSJ
Zum Schuljahr 2023/24 wurden die Clustersprecher:innen durch drei Stufenleitungen und eine pädagogische Leitung ersetzt. Sie unterstützen die Schulleitung sowohl bei alltäglichen Organisationsaufgaben, wie auch bei der Vorbereitung verschiedener Konferenzen und der pädagogischen Tage. Sie sind ebenfalls Ansprechpartner:innen für die Kolleg:innen und pädagogischen Assistent:innen.
Darüberhinaus liegt ein Fokus auf dem gemeinsamen Weiterdenken von schulentwicklerischen Prozessen und deren pragmatischer Implementierung in den Schulalltag. Sie sind ebenfalls Teil der erweiterten Schulleitung, die regelmäßig tagt.
